Because it´s possible to get unwanted hacks and downloads with downloadable houses, I keep my houses free of them.
All of my houses are exclusively build with Maxis original objects and Maxis original downloads.
When I will publish houses with objects, walls and floors made by myself or other creators, I will clearly mention this in the house description.
